Community Healthcare of Texas is the state's largest non-profit hospice and palliative care provider for children and adults. Each year, we compassionately serve nearly 4,000 North Texans and their families, bringing comfort and care when they need it most.

In addition to our comprehensive hospice care, we offer palliative care services that extend our mission to improve the quality of life for those living with serious or chronic illnesses. Our palliative care team works alongside patients and families earlier in their illness to manage symptoms, alleviate pain, and improve daily living. This vital service allows us to continue growing and adapting to the changing needs of healthcare, expanding the reach of compassionate care beyond end-of-life support.
