The Beginning.... Yarden River Ministries was laid on the heart of the founder Alancia after reading the story of Naaman in 2 King 5. The part that stuck out the most was the connection Naaman made between his healing in the Jordan River and who God is (vs. 15) IMMEDIATELY, a light bulb went off: GOD WANTS US WHOLE-our Restoration and healing brings glory to God. God wants us to prosper and be in good health in every area of our being (3 John 1:2). From there, she pursued God and consulted with her spiritual advisor, Pastor Doretha Oliver on her desire to serve the community through outreach, teaching and evangelizing. In 2020, Yarden River Ministries officially became a non-profit organization that is on a mission to restore communities-one person at a time!

WE believe in the power of prayer (James 5:16), the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16) but we know the basic needs of the community must be meet (Matthew 25:40). As a ministry, we feed the community, provide free clothes & household item giveaways,  provide free support groups for community members.

Our mission is to be an outreach ministry that educates, empowers, and supports members of the community in the process of emotional, physical, spiritual and relational healing because God wants us to be healed and whole!
