 Our WHS AFJROTC is an award-winning leadership and aerospace science educational program at Wylie High. Our Cadets strive to become great leaders, team-workers, and citizens of this great country. We participate regularly in volunteer work, JROTC competitions, and educational field trips. 

100 percent of the money raised by our Booster Club is used to supplement all our cadet programs. With over 100 cadets in our program, you can imagine our fundraising goals remain high. 

Mission

JROTC's Booster Club is an action-oriented group of parents working together to support, promote, and create active interest in the JROTC program among parents, students, and the community at large.

What Is The Purpose Of JROTC?

✈️The goal of JROTC programs is making strong productive members of society. 

✈️JROTC cadet's gains a sense of home and a greater sense of family! 

✈️Cadets are taught the values of citizenship by doing the right thing daily, doing what's right even when no one is looking. 

✈️In a JROTC class, cadets  build many skills such as leadership, self-confidence, and discipline. These are qualities that are necessary for success in life. 

✈️Personal skills like health, nutrition, and financial management are also stressed

All allocation of funds are for enhancing the benefits of the cadets.

Equity Statement

WHS AFJROTC is open to any student at Wylie High School. As the Booster Club, we support all the student cadets in all of their endeavors from competitions to football games to community service. Booster Club is open to all parents, alumni, and community members with an interest in supporting the WHS AFJROTC.
