Together We Thrive is a 501c3 non-profit serving vulnerable youth across North Texas. We commit to walking alongside our youth to help them achieve their goals, and reach a place of sustainability.
Our mission is to champion the advancement of every youth in North Texas who has been unjustly labeled.
Our vision is to positively influence youth across North Texas through one-on-one relationships with consistent, positive adults. It is through these relationships that we will transform lives that transform communities.
Many of the youth we serve are considered vulnerable and from underserved communities in North Texas. They are in survival mode - facing struggles like hunger, homelessness, and trauma.

We believe that one of the best ways to help transform our community is to step into the lives of these youth today, helping them rewrite their story and reach a place of sustainability.
We take a unique approach to supporting vulnerable youth. We employ full time, highly qualified, compassionate individuals to be our Life Coaches. We remove barriers for youth to get the support they deserve by serving in schools, transitional homes, and youth programs in our community each week.
Our Life Coaches help youth grow in the areas of relationships, identity, life skills, and kindness. Our Life Coaches influence youth in four key areas:

Our current staff is not able to serve the amount of vulnerable youth in need across North Texas. We critically need to raise funds so another Life Coach can team and provide the consistent, 1-on-1, Life Coaching that we know transforms lives! The starting salary of our Life Coaches is $50,000.
