Three Brothers Learning

A nonprofit organization

The past two years have been some of the most difficult for many families.  The loss of income due to COVID or having symptoms related to COVID, the loss of instructional time for many students and the increase in the cost of food and fuel has stretched many families to the breaking point.  Three Brothers Learning's mission was to provide healthy food options to school aged children; however, this current economic climate Three Brothers Learning has adjusted its mission to include safety, housing and mental health needs of our students and their families. In wanting to fill this gap in meal service, Three Brothers Learning recently partnered with school districts and other organizations throughout the DFW area to ensure students receive meals, families housing and utility bills are stabilized, and families receive the counseling and other supports necessary.

Our Needs

Our current needs are:

Items for inaugural silent auction
Capital campaign for emergency family needs. (Funds for rent, gas, water and electric bills)

Capital or organizations willing to provide transportation for medical or mental health appointments.
Capital to provide healthy food for struggling families.

Mission

Our mission is to educate low socio-economic families on demanding healthy food choice options be placed in their communities. Three Brothers Learning also serves the community by providing nutritious meals and/or resources at no cost to low-socioeconomic children ages 18 and under while school is out for summer, Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks or during pandemics such as COVID-19.
