My name is Rachel Hardy, the Creator and founder of T.I.M.E. Tears IN My Eyes Foundation Inc. I have overcome incredible hardships that have driven me to make a positive difference.

My childhood turned dark when I was nine years old and was assaulted by a family member; because I was plagued by fear, guilt, and manipulation, I remained silent about the abuse for a long time.

As a teenager, I ran away and got involved in situations that only led to further abuse. I couldn't figure out why I was doing such things until I understood it was due to the trauma I had endured as a child. But instead of continuing to suffer in silence, I pledged to become a voice for children who battle to be heard.

As a Mother, I am even more determined to make sure other young women and mothers are aware that TEARS IN MY EYES Foundation

is a voice for the voiceless and advocates for a Promising Future. Our purpose is to assist Women in healing from Trauma to Triumph!

My experience with abuse, trauma, neglect, and the crippling effects of wrongful incarceration has given me  a new perspective and tremendous empathy for adults who started as a broken child. I know directly that our judgments and actions are frequently influenced by the traumas we have endured. That's why T.I.M.E Tears in My Eyes Foundation, Inc. is a global organization that generates change.

Our purpose is to be a voice for the voiceless and to assist individuals in healing one (inner) child at a time. I am proud to lead this organization and fight toward a brighter, more hopeful future for everyone who has experienced physical, sexual, or mental abuse.

Thank you for supporting T.I.M.E Foundation on this path of healing and empowerment. We can all make a difference by teaming up to create a world where everyone feels heard and valued.
