Since our first mission trip in the Summer of 2007, SPARK Ministry has taken over 1500 volunteers from more than 200 different churches on 51 trips and impacted the lives of over 3000 women working and living in faith-based shelters!
Our Needs
Spark Ministry needs funds to help support:
1. Scholarships provided for North Texas volunteers to participate on mission trips. Our North Texas volunteers are a vital part of our ministry.
2. Expenses incurred and supplies needed for mission trips to homeless shelters, and local community projects through our Partners in Kindness division.
3. Funds to support our Carrollton, TX office expenses.
Mission
The mission of Spark Ministry is to Serve People and Reflect Kindness by ministering to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of women in North Texas and beyond who are in difficult life situations through Christian women serving on short-term mission trips.
Needs
Expenses for mission trips include ministry supplies, decorations, gifts, crafts, retreat shirts, meals, special outings for each woman and staff member of the shelter, scholarships, and specific needs of the individual shelters.
