$10,000 Goal

The Silver Serenaders of Texas is an interdenominational Christian group of 125+ members ranging in age from 50 to 101.  Our goal is to help senior citizens lead a more productive life of community service through singing.  The group has faithfully shared their love of music with others each year from 1981 to the present. Donations collected help our group purchase new music for our choir and orchestra plus cover extra costs of upcoming performances.  We also provide scholarships to two music majors in local universities to help them pursue their dreams in the music field.

Mission

The Corporation's primary mission is the witness of the good news of Jesus Christ, to promote patriotism of country, and promote community service through the framework of the musical arts by the ministry of a senior adult choir and its auxiliaries.
