Cookies & Castles Frisco is the annual philanthropic project hosted by the North Dallas Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. We donate 90% of our profits to Scottish Rite for Children and 10% (up to $5,000) to Tri Delta’s Foundation.
Cookies & Castles Frisco invites approximately 5,000 homes in the surrounding area to begin the holiday season by decorating gingerbread houses with delicious sweet treats unlike any kits provided in stores. Whether our guests attend an in-person seating or drive-through experience, our Winter Candyland provides an opportunity to step into a bright and colorful atmosphere. Friends and families are surrounded by an abundant offering of premium candy, festive characters such as Santa, Rudolph, and Olaf, various food and beverage options, holiday music, and much more!
Our inaugural event was held in 2020, and in just three short years we have donated over $134,000 to our beneficiaries!
Mission
Through sisterhood and friendship, Cookies & Castles Frisco works to bring the community together by offering a fun activity for the young, and young at heart, with a joyous gingerbread experience resulting in meaningful assistance to Scottish Rite for Children patients and their families and to Tri Deltas needing a helping hand.
Needs
Scottish Rite for Children is our primary beneficiary. Each year, Scottish Rite for Children provides transformative treatment and therapies to tens of thousands of children from across the state and around the country. Their medical experts do what's Rite for kids, regardless of any family's insurance coverage or ability to pay. But none of what they do would be possible without the generous support of our community – kind donors just like you who believe in their mission and support their work.
We donate 10% of our proceeds to Tri Delta's Foundation. The Foundation raises funds to provide transformational programs, scholarships, and emergency financial support to empower our sisters for a lifetime.
