One by One Ministries seeks to make generational impact in the lives of women who are pregnant or have a newborn. Moms receive one-on-one mentorship support, to empower them to make positive life choices! Mentors are Christian women who recognize the need for positive role models & authentic relationships. Moms request a mentor for a variety of different reasons. Some moms need help knowing how to parent. Others need someone they can talk to about the challenges they face. Some feel they have lost hope. Mentors walk alongside them to provide encouragement, education, and most importantly the love of Jesus Christ!
We seek to continue provide mentorship support for moms during this very critical stage of their lives! Women are asking One by One for help every day, throughout North Texas! Funds raised will allow us to continue equipping mentors, and providing evidence-based parenting information in both English & Spanish. Additionally, we seek to provide every mom who requests a mentor the opportunity to take part in our program. Through our Virtual program moms who live in high crime areas, or are without transportation, or do not have a mentor currently in her community are able to meet virtually with a mentor and receive parenting information via our Blessing Boxes. Blessing Boxes are designed to communicate her value and worth in God's eyes. Blessing Boxes contain gifts for mom and baby, that are relevant to the child's current stage of development, or mother's current stage of pregnancy. Birth Month Blessing Boxes are sent to celebrate the welcoming home of her child! Giving toward One by One Ministries this North TX Giving Day, provides a better future for women, children, and our communities at large!
The mission of One by One Ministries is to demonstrate the love of Christ through mentoring and long-term relationships that share the hope of the Gospel; foster spiritual growth, and equip moms to parent well.
One by One Ministries is seeking support to continue providing this critical support to the women and children who are asking for help. Every $50 raised provides mentorship support for one month, $150 provides Discipleship materials for 10 moms, and $600 given will support one mom and her child for one year! $1,000 provides One by One Ministries the opportunity to expand our services to newer areas throughout North Texas, who are experiencing maternal and infant health disparities. Gifts can be given in honor of an individual or family.
One by One is a faith-based 501(c)3 organization, and volunteers must agree to our statement of faith; however, we do not require the moms we serve to be of any specific faith or of any faith at all. Moms can enroll as soon as they learn they are pregnant as well as after they have given birth.
