One by One mentors and educates new moms to parent well. We recruit and train Christian women using our evidence-based curriculum to serve as mentors to pregnant and new moms looking for help. Mentors walk alongside moms - without judgment - to provide support and encouragement; educate on baby health, wellness, safety, and development; and teach parenting and life skills. Each mentor works with her mom throughout the mom's pregnancy and at least until her child turns one.
One by One Ministries is in need of funding for general operating expenses, funding for marketing and advertising to spread awareness of our organization, and funding to recruit and train mentors and recruit moms to our program.

One by One is a faith-based organization, and volunteers must agree to our statement of faith; however, we do not require the moms we serve to be of any specific faith or of any faith at all. We work with any mom of any racial or ethnic demographic, of any socioeconomic background, and regardless of whether or not she is a first time mom or has several children. We enroll moms who are pregnant or have children 3 months old or younger.
