North Texas Family Health Foundation

A nonprofit organization

The North Texas Family Health Foundation believes that by working together, local communities can make tremendous progress on health equity and improve health outcomes and opportunity for everyone. Our focus is on providing affordable and accessible healthcare, dental and counseling to those in need throughout the North Texas community.

The Foundation's first project, Family Health Center on Virginia (FHC) is the result of a seven+ year commitment to expand primary care resources in McKinney and North Texas. To date, the clinic has established a medical home for more than 6,700 individuals and families, and with the recent completion of the new home for FHC, we look forward to growing that impact further.

Your donation will help move us forward on the future planning of a visionary “hub-and-spoke” model, which would feature the main McKinney facility with integrated satellite clinics positioned across Collin County in Frisco, Plano and Allen. These strategically located offices would serve more than 1.5 million people in the area, potentially within the next 10 years.

Contributions in any amount are welcome and greatly appreciated.
