The Networking Knights Youth Development, Entrepreneurship and Male youth mentoring program empowers youth by opening doors to education and career options and raises their self-esteem so that they become comfortable pursuing new opportunities. Our program focus on social and emotional competencies to help our youth to succeed and thrive in a vibrant community.
A donation to Networking Knights Youth Development and Entrepreneur Leadership Program supports community programs like our free, after school program, gardening kits for residents and male mentorship program.
Networking Knights Youth Development and Entrepreneur Leadership Program is a free, high-quality after-school program that helps lessen the effects of childhood trauma and close academic and opportunity gaps. The program advances positive learning opportunities and Social-Emotional health for youth while keeping them safe.
We are equally invested in the health and sustainability of the communities as well and have partnered with Frazier Revitalization to create a youth community garden to enhance the quality of life and social sustainability of the community
This year we've also embarked on enhancing and extending our male mentorship program. This project focuses on on creating a safe space for both boys and mentors to develop positive and healthy relationships built on honesty consistency and accountability.
Donations to Networking Knights on North Texas Giving Day will help offset the costs of what it takes to build a stronger safer community that IMPACTS the lives of its youth.
Our mission is to be a catalyst and bring the human capital back to the inner city community, by way of resource mobility, knowledge capital and implementation of the youth development, entrepreneurship and male mentorship.

The Networking Knights organization stands with others for equity and justice and in denouncing racism, intolerance, and exclusion. As stewards of the public good, we are called on to embrace and celebrate our common humanity, and the inherent worth of all people. In doing so, we acknowledge that a climate of growing intolerance and inequity is a challenge to our democratic values and ideals. Divisions along economic, racial, religious, and political lines have created an increasingly polarized society in need of healing. And the complex issues and dynamics at the intersection of race, class, gender, and sexuality call for deeper thinking as we seek to understand each other.
As a nonprofit organization, Networking Knights play a unique role in bridging these divides and brokering solutions. We have the power to bring together communities and speak out against and change longstanding systems and policies designed to benefit some groups while marginalizing, excluding, or harming others.
