As an entirely community and volunteer-led grassroots non-profit, the North Texas Dream Team has impacted the lives of thousands of North Texans in the form of immigration advocacy. This manifests itself in the form of direct action such as rallies, lobbying, and peaceful occupations; resource workshops on higher education, as well as free Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Workshops, and free Know-Your-Rights sessions and town halls; and partnering with organizations throughout Dallas to lend a hand where needed to continue our mission of allowing everyone to follow their dreams.
The North Texas Dream Team seeks to continue offering Know-Your-Rights and DACA Workshops to as many community members as possible at no cost.
The North Texas Dream Team is a community-led nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance the dreams and goals of students; to educate and bring awareness to everyone, regardless of color, when it comes to issues in our communities.
