Mission

Our ultimate goal is to help students and young adults reach their highest potential by teaching character building, self-acceptance, thinking interdependently, and adaptability life skills.

Needs

There is a need to ensure our Genzers are emotionally intelligent. They have been through a lot in such little time. The generations before them faced their own challenges, but they were not as frequent as those faced by the Genzers; additionally, at such a young age, we did not have access to as much information via social media. Genzers deserve to know how to be self-aware and control their emotions in order to navigate the world around them. The world is tough, but they need to know that they have tools within them that will help them to sustain themselves and be successful. The work we do at Mold Me, will help to create a positive future for our young adults, which in return will benefit the world at large.

Equity Statement

At Mold Me, we are committed to creating a workplace where diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) are core organizational values. We strive to create an environment of respect and appreciation for all individuals regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity or any other characteristic that makes us unique. Our commitment is grounded in the belief that by embracing multiple perspectives we can learn from one another and foster innovation which leads to growth.
