MINDSET Charities offers direct wellness opportunities to help with gait, balance, strength, endurance for mobility and independence for those living with Multiple Sclerosis. We offer modified personal training, corrective exercise and low cost adaptive yoga and adaptive Tai Chi. All of our exercise programs are a gateway to increasing quality of life by impacting physical, social and emotional well being.
Build donor base. Secure new revenue streams including participation in North Texas Giving day, signature events, and Board give/get requirement.

Re-launch in-person therapy classes and continue to expand online/virtual opportunities for those unable to find transportation to the facility.
