Lady Dragon Lacrosse (“LDL”) in a non-profit organization that serves the Southlake and surrounding communities. LDL operates a Fall season and a Spring season to develop and foster the life-long enjoyment for the game of lacrosse for youth, middle school, and high school aged girls. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment which will allow them to succeed in lacrosse and life and have had many talented athletes move on to play at the collegiate level.
Lady Dragon Lacrosse (“LDL”) is committed to providing a positive and fun environment to foster the life-long enjoyment for the game of lacrosse for youth, middle school, and high school aged girls. LDL is dedicated to the development of young women both on and off the field by emphasizing the value of athletic participation, commitment, leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, community, and respect. We build strong players and contributors to our community.
Funds raised will go directly towards both our Fall and Spring season to be used in various ways including:
1. Updating goals and goal netting at all practice and game locations.
2. Transportation costs associated with providing safe transportation for all high school players to away games.
3. Additional equipment such as sticks, goggles, balls and goalie gear that can be used at camps and clinics.
4. Field rental fees
5. Tournament fees.
6. Providing player scholarships and financial assistance.
Lady Dragon Lacrosse embraces and welcomes anyone and everyone who wants to participate in the sport of lacrosse. We create a space where everyone can be their authentic self and feel supported. Lacrosse is for everyone, and we are here to develop not only sport skills, but also life skills.
