Keller ISD Education Foundation

YOU HELP US GROW!  Each year, with your help, our impact continues to grow!  Ten dollars turns into thousands. One hour turns into days.  A few grants turn into more than 200.  A little turns into a lot, and the next thing you know, together, we've furthered education in Keller ISD.  Together, we have invested more than $1.3 million in Keller ISD teachers, students, and classrooms over the last 18 years. And we're just getting started!

GRANT OPPORTUNITIES. With financial support for creative learning, we meet our teachers' needs. In 2022-2023, Keller ISD teachers and staff received more than $55,000 in grants to fund innovative projects like an EKG machine to prepare students for work in the medical field, an outdoor sensory playground and more. Enhancing classroom experiences and empowering our teachers to dream big is at the core of everything we do. 

ADVANCING EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES. We reward hard-working students with scholarships for college and trade schools. Through our Advanced Placement, CTE, Rotary and Foundation scholarship programs, students earned more than $177,000 in scholarship funds in the last two years.

OUR GOAL: Award up to $95,000 in Educator Grants and Professional Development Scholarships

We need you now more than ever.  Each year, we receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in requests for out-of-the-box teaching ideas, but there aren't the resources to fund them all.  Your donation, however big or small, goes a long way towards helping our students and teachers experience education in ways they've only imagined.

Through the Educator Grant program, the Foundation supports out-of-the-box teaching ideas, helping educators innovate their classrooms and lessons, while providing access to technology and new ways of learning for their students.  These grants facilitate unique and creative approaches to encourage higher levels of student learning and imagination, and enhance the existing curriculum. The Educator Professional Development Scholarship program helps to fund education opportunities that support the professional learning goals of Keller ISD employees, including special certifications, conferences, or graduate and undergraduate courses.
