The mission of Healing Thine Hearts Ministries (HTHM) is to restore and strengthen families by building healthier relationships through educational workshops and counseling on relationships and life skills. HTHM partners with community organizations and individuals dedicated to nurturing strong, safe, healthy marriages, relationships and families to change the community.
Healing Thine Hearts is committed to provide a cost-effective approach to serving individuals, couples, families, Veterans, and First Responders to build healthy relationships and marriages. We offer scholarships! We never want individuals to go without help because of an inability to cover our services. As a result of your giving, we can offer our services at a reduced rate or for free.
Although our service offerings are broad, today we're specifically focusing on raising the funds to support the counseling needs for our Veterans. This is very close to our hearts because Cedric served in the US Navy. Funding for service scholarships is a tremendous benefit to a large number of people in our local community.
A gift of $150 provides 1 counseling session for a couple to address their greatest needs.
A gift of $250 provides 2 counseling sessions .
A gift of $500 can provide a package of six sessions of counseling. A donation at this level can equip clients with tools for battling depression, PTSD and other behaviors that may keep them from developing healthy relationships and a better quality of life. We also focus on tools that help the spouse of a veteran with Care Giving needs.
A gift of $1000 provides a 6 hour workshop for 15 Veteran couples which include resource materials, to improving their quality of life, meals, and skilled Veteran instructors. It's a "date night" out with and impact that ripples into their family, career and their personal lives.
Healing Thine Hearts believes, as the scriptures says, there's no greater love than to lay down ones life for a friend. We, on a daily basis are committed to helping those who are hurting in their healing journey.
