The Four Corners Food Pantry has served North Texas families for 11 years, providing food regardless of religion or race.  Each person, each month receives 60+ pounds of food; meat, dairy, fruit, produce and dry goods per availability.  We operate by donations and volunteers only.Â
Every plate you help us fill represents a parent that didn't have to skip a meal to feed their child, a fixed income senior who didn't have to decide whether to pay their electric bill or buy groceries, a neighbor who was able to make ends meet while they secured a new job and so many more stories of hope in our community. Four Corners Volunteers
We are a Non-Profit 501(c) tax exempt organization recognized by the State of Texas and by the Internal Revenue Service. FCOA is a member of Feed America through its association with the North Texas Food Bank.
The Mission of Four Corners Outreach Alliance is to provide free food and other services for children, families, and elderly in crisis in the four corners area of Collin, Fannin, Grayson, and Hunt Counties in Texas. We are an all-volunteer organization comprised of an association of local churches and supported through donations from churches, individuals and businesses.
The pantry must purchase food when other sources are not sufficient. Since 2012 the pantry has served 3500+ individuals each year, in 2022 that # increased 10% and for 2023 we are currently tracking a 12% increase. While need and cost of products have grown donations have declined. Food for the pantry is only obtained by donations from individuals, churches, local grocery stores, and through the North Texas Food Bank.
The food pantry was strategically placed on the corner of four counties, with hopes of reaching rural residents in need of food regardless of religion and race. Three of the counties have 12 to 14% poverty rate.
