Forefront Living Foundation

Forefront Living Foundation furthers the mission and supports the goals of the Forefront Living family of communities, including Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) and the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center. Funds raised through the Foundation enhance quality of life for patients and families and support unfunded patient care, specialized programing and integrated therapies for those facing advanced illness and grief.

Your gift on North Texas Giving Day will directly benefit The Faith Caring Fund at Faith Presbyterian Hospice that provides grace, dignity, and peace to the last season of life. Your support will provide benevolent end-of-life care to unfunded patients, integrated comfort therapies, support services to grieving children and grant Faithful Wishes. 

Last year, generous donor support provided 3,917 days of charitable hospice care, extended specialized grief support to 466 children, and provided over 4,800 music and massage therapy sessions to FPH patients.

The Faith Caring Fund is funded solely by our community of generous donors. With your help, we can continue providing patients and their loved ones with dignified, compassionate, high-quality, end-of-life care.  

You North Texas Day Gift to the Forefront Living Foundation can fulfill a wish for a hospice patient and their family. The Faithful Wishes program fulfills special requests with transformational and inspirational experiences, such as a retired pilot who wanted to fly one more time or a father wanting to spend one last Christmas with his family.
