The purpose of Flutopia is to bring live flute music and education to the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Typical performances around the DFW area include:
- Ronald McDonald House - Dallas
- Cook Children's Hospital
- Children's Medical Center - Dallas
- Texas Flute Society's annual Spring Festival.
Our ensemble includes piccolo, C flute, alto, and bass flute.
Funds go towards purchasing new music, community communications (Website, MeetUp, etc.), and other operating expenses.
North Texas Giving Day 2023 is our first fundraising activity! We have been wholly self-funded since 2003.
Mission

Needs
Flutopia has the following needs:
Flute duet, trio, and chamber music.
Annual communications fees for digital services such as Meetup, Google Workspace, and website hosting.
Registration fees for events such as the TFS Annual Spring Festival.
Equity Statement
We welcome adult musicians of all levels from the DFW Metroplex.
