Mission

We exist to connect people and values to everyday decisions. We unite the divisive younger generations through meaningful discussions on issues that matter through a monthly program of forums called Conversation Matters that take place in Coworking locations (ie. WeWork & Common Desk). It's ironic that we care deeply about many issues but rarely talk about them -especially with people from different perspectives. We avoid talking about the things that really matter to us because they are connected to our deepest values and beliefs, which can often lead to emotional arguments. We want to do something about this problem by creating micro-movements within diverse coworking environments where we can listen to others, evaluate our own perspectives, and disagree without dehumanizing those who differ from our positions. Some of the questions we address in Conversation Matters are "Can we avoid regret on our deathbed?" "What drives our decision-making and when do know when we're wrong?" "What is social justice, and who says?" "How should we relate to authority and power-structures?" "When is it ok to change our minds?"
