Texas A&M School of Dentistry is the only dental college in the nation that offers instruction and training in all areas of dental education. The student pass rate is in the top quartile of dentists and dental hygienists. The College is ranked #1 in diversity of dental colleges.

Texas A&M School of Dentistry's clinics, staffed by faculty and dental students, make a major impact on dental health in Dallas County, providing dental care for seniors, adults, and children. Many of the patients are from underserved areas and do not have access to dentists and dental hygienists. The College is reaching more patients with special needs.

TAMCOD's newest clinic, the Dr. M. C. Cooper Clinic in the Fair Park area of Dallas and named for the first registered black dentist in Texas, opened in Spring 2021 and is having a major impact on the number of patients served and the quality of dental care.
