$25,000 Goal

T3 launched in 2020 across all Fort Worth ISD high schools. In 2022, T3 expanded to Crowley ISD and this year T3 has expanded to Arlington ISD and Castleberry ISD.

The T3 Partnership is dedicated to improving student outcomes in 3 primary areas:

1. Graduating more students from high school who are College, Career, and Military Ready (CCMR)
2. Helping more students enroll in a postsecondary pathway with confidence
3. Empowering more students to persist and earn a degree or credential and enter the workforce prepared for a successful career

Mission

The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to ensure more Tarrant County students obtain a postsecondary credential and that each student has the training and skills they need to thrive in today's workforce.

Needs

We are excited to share with you the vital mission of the Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership this NTX Giving Day. Our commitment to higher education equity and achievement drives us to ensure that all students have the opportunity to pursue higher education, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances. This year, we are aiming to raise $25,000 to provide 100 First-Dollar Scholarships for our T3 Scholars.

The disparities in access to higher education have far-reaching consequences, perpetuating inequality and limiting the potential of countless talented students. Your contribution to our NTX Giving Day fundraiser will directly impact these scholars' lives, breaking down financial barriers and empowering them to pursue their dreams.

We understand that the path to success is often paved with financial challenges, especially for students from marginalized backgrounds. Your support will not only provide financial relief but also send a powerful message to these scholars: their dreams matter, and their potential is limitless.

Join us on NTX Giving Day to help us reach our goal of $25,000. By doing so, you're not only contributing to scholarships but also investing in a brighter future for our communities. Together, we can uplift these scholars, transform their lives, and foster a more equitable educational landscape.

Equity Statement

At the Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership, we are unwaveringly committed to equity and access within our community. Our mission is to empower Tarrant County students to attain postsecondary credentials and equip them with the skills essential for thriving in today's workforce. We firmly believe that every student, regardless of their background, deserves equitable access to resources and opportunities that pave the way for lifelong success.

We are driven by the conviction that lasting impact is only achieved when each student's potential is unlocked. Our collaborative team and dedicated partners stand united to provide essential resources, financial support, and programmatic opportunities to students and families. Through an innovative and purpose-driven approach, we envision transformative change that resonates throughout entire communities, fostering enduring positive outcomes for Tarrant County's development across generations. We firmly believe that our success as an organization is intrinsically tied to the triumphs of the students we serve.

The T3 Partnership stands as a dynamic coalition comprising educators, leaders, and community advocates working in tandem with Tarrant County schools, postsecondary institutions, and community partners. Our guiding principle is continuous learning, data-informed decision-making, and agile response to community needs. We ardently commit to collecting, analyzing, and responding to a variety of data points, ensuring that our strategies remain dynamic and tailored to the evolving landscape of our community.

To address the four pivotal gaps hindering student success, the T3 Partnership employs a comprehensive strategy rooted in equity:

Closing the Information Gap: We empower students through experiential learning opportunities, providing clear next steps, and furnishing them with the information necessary for informed decisions.

Closing the Expectations Gap: We illuminate the pathways to college and career, assisting students and families in comprehending available opportunities and the routes to attain them.

Closing the Guidance Gap: We prioritize personalized advising and persistence coaching, ensuring that every student can make educated decisions about their education and career choices.

Closing the Financial Aid Gap: We are dedicated to diminishing financial barriers through scholarships and emergency funding, facilitating equitable access to education for all.

Our commitment to equity propels us to continuously refine and enhance our efforts, bolstered by the integration of national best practices and local initiatives. By eliminating disparities in information, expectations, guidance, and financial aid, we pave the way for a brighter, more equitable future for all Tarrant County students.

In unity with our community, we press forward, fostering an environment where potential knows no boundaries and where the pursuit of knowledge and opportunity is celebrated as a shared endeavor.
