Sending caseworkers to Crimes Against Children Training annually
Emergency funding ($100.00 when a child is removed from a home with little to no clothing to take to foster care)
To fund requisitions from caseworkers, once approved by the board. These may be for school supplies, sending children to camps, finger-printing for adoptive parents, reading programs, sports registration fees etc. The majority of these requests are for children in care within the county. However, if there is not adequate care in the county and the county and the children have been moved outside the county but are still considered under the care of Parker County, requisitions could be approved for children outside of the county.
Child Abuse marketing and signage-April of each year.
All county funds must be used for direct support of children care.

Our Needs

There are approximate 120 children in the care of Parker County Child Protective services.
Parker County CPS Board has a volunteer Rain Bow that has emergency clothing and etc.

Mission

Our mission is to promote the health, education, and welfare of the children and families associated with the Child Protective Services. We meet the most fundamental and basic needs of the children in custody of the Parker County Child Protective Services. These are the needs that would otherwise go unmet. Services and items that these children otherwise would not receive include medical care, clothing, school supplies, quality of life services, etc.
