Founded in 2016, Project RELO has worked with companies associated with the small business association all the way through Fortune 500 corporations. By conducting immersive leadership training in conjunction with United States military bases, corporate executives learn about the character of a veteran rather than what they see on a resume or through social media. We have worked with 300+ companies where prior to the leadership missions, 98% of the executives proclaim that their first thought when thinking about a veteran was that they are heroes and in need of help. Following the leadership missions, 100% of all corporate executives change their own thoughts and think of veterans as strategic assets. Every veteran that attends a Project RELO receives a new career within 90 days of mission completion.
With us being in our third year of existence, Project RELO is in need of monetary donations to help expand our operations onto other military bases in more regions around the nation.
Project RELO is dedicated to educating corporate America on the value of hiring our nation's veterans. Through immersive, hands on leadership training, corporate executives will learn first hand that hiring a veteran is more than a social good, it is good business.
