Helping Hands For The Community

We serve hundreds of families a week at the food pantry and every family has a story, but we don’t always get to hear those stories. When we do get to talk to our clients, we hear stories of grief, heartache, and fear of the unknown. We love that because of our generous partners like yourself and the community working together, we have a chance to help these families write a new chapter in their stories, a chapter filled with love, hope and knowing that someone cares about them.    

Imagine what it is like to be a single parent who is struggling to make ends meet, and you get sick and can't afford a doctor.  On top of all that you have no one to turn to to watch your kids while you try and go to the doctor.  You have been trying so hard but you just can't pay your bills and you need help to find a better job.  Maybe you need help with writing a resume and interview skills to get that job that will allow you to take care of your family. 

Wouldn’t it be great if there was one place, under one roof, that could help with these needs, to give hope to the families we serve?

With your support, 5 Loaves is building the Beacon of Hope Center, a 10,000+ sq ft. facility where nonprofits will join together to provide wrap-around services with counseling, healthcare, a youth center with mentorship programs, child care, resource center that provides classes that help provide families with direction. All while giving them HOPE and guiding them to a better life.
