My program's impact is to expose disadvantaged African American and Latino preschool children to STEM. The long-term goal is for the children to develop an interest in STEM where after college, they will pursue STEM careers.
My urgent need is to hire full-time staff.
To educate disadvantaged African American and Latino preschool children on the importance of math and science in today's society by equipping them with the skills necessary for success and empowering them to be competitive in educational and professional environments.
