The program offers free tutoring and athletic training to support the student-athlete in obtaining an academic and/or an athletic collegiate scholarship in order to graduate debt-free. IFA offers one-on-one high-level sports training, tutoring in various courses, travel to and from scouting camps, student athlete profiles, apparel, and assisting with college applications and visits.

At IFA, we emphasize student FIRST, and commit to help these young men develop personally by building their confidence.

Our Needs

Working capital to purchase online tutoring resources, computers and books/study guides. In addition to, training equipment and athletic gear (branded clothing/shoes/bags).
Ongoing website development, Marketing and Content. The hiring of 1-2 part-time staff members and travel expenses to attend training and scouting camps

Needs

The student-athletes in IFA could use ACT/SAT Prep materials, Speed training equipment, Football gloves, Cleats, and Protein Supplements.

Integrity First Athletics' program offers free tutoring, mentorship, and athletic training to support disadvantaged student athletes in obtaining an athletic and academic college scholarship to effectively graduate college debt-free. IFA offers one-on-one high-level sports training, weekly tutoring in various courses with college graduates and corporate professionals, travel to and from scouting/recruitment camps, social media presence and student athlete profiles. In addition to, performance apparel/equipment, assistance with college applications and visits. The tutoring and mentorship programs involve ensuring IFA student athletes maintain a A and B average in the classroom while also providing them with the resources and teachings to understand money management, investments, job applications, and resumes. IFA staff members want to give these young people the opportunities to succeed in all aspects of life as they begin to transition to adulthood. We work with our athletes year-round in all the offered programs and initiatives. During off-season or school breaks, we offer educational field trips, and we welcome like-minded current and former athletic professionals to host workshops as well as mentor IFA student-athletes.
