🌟Mission
Our mission is to transform lives by providing life skills coaching and supportive services to children and adults overcome by personal struggles, emotional pain, and life challenges.
💪 WHAT DO WE DO?
We bring in certified youth intervention specialists and certified reading specialists to help all ages go from struggling to flourishing!!
💙 WHO DO WE SERVE?
Low income elementary schools in Tarrant County.
Why We Exist:
We serve two different school districts with specific needs.
Too many children in Arlington ISD’s poorest schools located in East Arlington (76010) are growing up without access to safe, affordable, high-quality afterschool programs. Families in these high-crime, high-poverty communities often cannot afford the $80–$100 per week charged by larger providers.
In Fort Worth ISD, we serve schools In East Fort Worth (76112 and 76119). Besides the literacy crisis in FWISD, these students are also living in distressed neighbors with high crime and poverty rates.
Our nonprofit is filling the gap. We provide free and low-cost afterschool enrichment, literacy, and social-emotional learning (SEL) that gives kids a safe place to learn, build confidence, and dream bigger.
Why It Matters:
Kids in out-of-school time (OST) programs are more likely to stay safe, avoid risky behaviors, and succeed academically. (Source: TXPOST)
Early intervention reduces crime and violence—aligned with Fort Worth’s initiatives focused on prevention.
OST programs give students the skills to break cycles of poverty and violence by building literacy, resilience, and leadership.
Our Track Record:
Supported by TXPOST OST Cares and United Way’s “One Second Collaborative.”
Serving students where need is highest: Arlington 76010, Fort Worth 76112 & 76119.
Your Gift Changes the Story:
Every dollar helps us:
Provide literacy tutoring to struggling readers.
Offer SEL and mentoring in high-crime neighborhoods.
Keep kids safe during peak hours for juvenile crime.
Empower families who cannot afford costly afterschool care.
➡️ Our goal is $3,000. Any gift, of any size, gets us closer. Early giving is open now—join us in changing the narrative for these kids.
