Mission

Heritage School of Texas provides a challenging Christian education to students of average to above average ability, who have learning differences. The school joyfully engages students' hearts and minds within a framework of a Christ-centered education.

Needs

Heritage School of Texas has grown exponentially in the past few years. The school is in need of funds to help cover curricula, classroom set up, and programming costs. Specific needs include:

$10,000 towards upgrading our Educational Technology (chromebooks, iPads, projectors, etc)

$10,000 towards School Security measures

$5,000 towards materials to improve our Science/STEM Program

$8,000 towards consumable curricula

$5,000 towards our Physical Education Program including new equipment, field maintenance, and Field Day

$5,000 towards Fine Arts Programing and supplies

$5,000 towards Professional Development, Teacher Training, and Educational Conferences

$3,000 towards school advertisement

In addition, Heritage seeks to hire the most gifted and talented teachers, Certified Academic Language Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists in Dallas. Given our low student-teacher ratio, tuition dollars do not cover employee salaries and operating costs. We ask for additional funding to contribute to teacher salaries and salary increases for outstanding performance. We seek to raise an additional $100,000 to contribute to this effort.
