A Mission of Hope, Love, and Joy - Help Ignite Our Passion on North Texas Giving Day 2023!🌟

The Hopeful Theatre project began as a dream in the fall of 2018. We opened our first showcase, Two Acts of Love, February 16, 2019 to benefit The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Fort Worth. We were so amazed by the amount of support that we had to continue making this dream a reality.

The Hopeful Theatre Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in the state of Texas founded on April 11, 2019.

We are different than any other non-profit theatre in Texas - each show we produce we do with one goal in mind: to raise funds for a local charity or a local chapter of a national charity.

Since our founding, The Hopeful Theatre Project has been able to raise over $32,000 for our beneficiaries, which include Ronald McDonald House Charities of Fort Worth, Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas, The Salvation Army, The Actors Fund, The American Red Cross, Wildlife Conservation Network, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Operation Christmas Child, and Save The Music Foundation.

🌟 Our Goals for our Upcoming 5th Anniversary Season:

  1. Raise $50,000 for our beneficiaries through our productions within our first 5 years! (Happy to report we are currently 64% of the way to that goal!)
  2. Go from two licensed productions to three in a season!
  3. Provide one Sensory Friendly Performance for a production! (This is currently something that is not actively offered in DFW Theatre.)
  4. Be able to pay our Production Teams stipends they are worth!

With YOUR help on North Texas Giving Day, we can achieve these goals together and use theatre today to change the world tomorrow.

Mission

The Hopeful Theatre Project's goal is to bring love, hope, and aid to the community by utilizing local talent through the performing arts to benefit various charity organizations.

Needs

The Hopeful Theatre Project is preparing to enter our 5th Anniversary Season! This will be a huge milestone year for us as we accomplish many goals we have set out to achieve since our founding.

Our current needs -

1. Sponsorships - We are looking for a 2024 Season Sponsor as well as Title Sponsors for all three of our musical productions next year.

2. Hopeful Guild Members - Monthly donors who have committed to supporting us all year long! For only $20 a month, YOU can become a Guild Member and help us use theatre today to change the world tomorrow.

3. Volunteers - We need passionate volunteers to help us put up these impactful productions!

If you would like any information on how you can help us with any of these needs, please email jessica@thehopefultheatreproject.com
