QUAQUIBINI USA

Quaquibini USA was founded by Carlos Alberto Salcedo Vaqzuez, Alyeska Ramirez Ramos, Rebeca Calvillo and Manases Calvillo II in August of 2023. These couples had a vision of transmitting our culture and heritage to this generation and generations to come through dance. Quaquibini USA specializes in "danza folklorica mexicana" or mexican folklore dance and is different than what is typically seen in ballet folklorico. Our dances are what one would see in an authentic "fandango" in some of the most rural parts of Mexico. We believe that teaching authentic dances helps our children better connect with the traditions and customs of the past. Quaquibini USA looks to connect families with their ancestors through dance and preserve those traditions to their descendants. That is why, "We work in the present so that our past has a future."
