Some organizations are more than just a workplace or a name on a donation page. They become a part of your life—and HELP Center is one of those places for me.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand the difference HELP Center makes in the lives of LGBTQ+ people and our community. Every day, people walk through the doors looking for healthcare, support, resources, and most importantly, a place where they can feel seen, respected, and safe.

HELP Center provides access to PrEP and STI testing, HIV care, vaccines, insurance assistance, patient support, and other essential services. But what makes the organization so special isn't just the services they provide. It's the people behind them who make sure patients don't feel like a number.

For many people, getting healthcare can already feel overwhelming. Add fear of discrimination, lack of insurance, financial barriers, or simply not knowing where to turn—and taking that first step can feel nearly impossible.

HELP Center helps remove those barriers.

That is why I’m asking my family, friends, coworkers, and community to help me support this mission during North Texas Giving Day.

You don't have to make a huge donation to make a difference. $10 matters. $25 matters. $50 matters. Every single donation adds up.

My goal is to raise $500, but more than anything, I want to bring awareness to the incredible work HELP Center is doing and help make sure these services continue to be available to the people who need them.
