To me Rowing is more than just a sport it’s a rhythm, a meditation, and a test of heart. There’s something deeply grounding about the steady pull of the oar, the way each stroke syncs breath with motion, and the way the water answers back with smooth resistance. Out on the water, the world narrows to focus, muscle, and flow, yet it also expands every , every moment of silence between strokes a reminder of balance. To love rowing is to love the harmony of strength and stillness, struggle and serenity, all carried forward by the boat’s quiet glide.
