Stand in the Gap for Attainable Housing

Every day, I get to do work that I truly love—walking alongside women, children, and families as they work toward stability, independence, and a brighter future.

One of the greatest parts of my job is getting to watch people grow in confidence as they reach goals that once felt out of reach—finding a safe, stable home, building confidence through a new job, graduating from school, securing a reliable car, and seeing their child thrive in school.

Sometimes it's a big milestone, and sometimes it's a small win that means everything.

That's why Agape Resource & Assistance Center and Jericho Village are so close to my heart. We provide safe, attainable housing, but the work goes far beyond a place to live. We surround families with the support, resources, encouragement, and community they need to move forward and build the life they want for themselves and their children.

My faith is a big part of why this work matters so much to me. I believe we are called to care for one another, to show up for our neighbors, and to stand in the gap when someone needs a little help getting to the other side.

This North Texas Giving Day, I'm asking my friends, family, and community to help me do just that.
