Join Amanda and Expand PIC's Alumni Programming

I am grateful for the fellowship and learning provided to me as a principal in the inaugural PIC Principal Fellowship cohort and the ongoing support throughout my alumnihood. Now as the Executive Director of this impactful organization, I have the opportunity to continue growing our support through out PIC Alumni Community which is rapidly growing. Our current alumni community includes 51 diverse leaders from across Dallas-Fort Worth who are principals, district leaders, consultants and non-profit organization executives. 

Our graduates of the two-year, Principal Fellowship program have the opportunity to spend time together learning in a variety of ways throughout the year. This year, we hope to be able to offer professional development sessions centered around: 

-Design Thinking Sparks

-Strategic Planning & Strategic Leadership 

-Book Studies 

-Managing Up

-Immunity to Change 

-Peer Help Labs

These sessions will provide a bite-sized way for our leaders to expand their learnings from the two-year program while building fellowship with an even broader PIC network.
