Ella Spillman- Dallas United Youth

My name is Ella Spillman, I'm a junior in high school. I am entering my third year rowing with Dallas United Crew (DUC). Over the past couple of years, DUC has been more than just a rowing club to me—it's become a vibrant community that has fostered lasting friendships and personal growth.

Dallas United Crew isn't just about the sport; it's about bringing people together from all walks of life. One of the most inspiring initiatives we have is DUC Pink, a remarkable outreach program that supports breast cancer survivors. Throughout the year, the team of brave survivors joins us at the boathouse to participate in dragon boat racing, showing incredible strength and camaraderie. 

But our outreach doesn't stop there. Dallas United Crew is committed to creating an inclusive environment and making a positive impact in the community. We strive to ensure that rowing is accessible to everyone, and we are constantly working to support and expand our outreach programs.

To continue these important efforts and to support the growth of our rowing community, we are holding a fundraiser.
