Our Services

  • Supplemental tutoring in the fields of math and science for students in K-12
  • Hands-on, practical and reflective educational community workshops and conferences
  • Exposure to and partnerships with companies, organizations and community leaders in applicable S.T.E.M. industries
  • Scholarships to technical colleges and universities
  • Continuing education in the S.T.E.M. fields for young adults
  • Continuous support and mentorship for young adults studying in the S.T.E.M. fields and adults working in the S.T.E.M. fields for retention purposes


Our Needs

We are raising funds to continue expand our efforts to certify Title 1 High School Students in the following areas:

  • Drone Piloting
  • Cybersecurity

We are partnering with Dallas County Title 1 High School Computer Science Classes to augment Computer Science Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills (TEKS) requirements by preparing students the opportunity to be eligible to obtain certifications in Drone Piloting, Coding, and Cybersecurity. The program includes:

  • Student Career Assessment Evaluation
  • Instruction
  • Hands-on Experience
  • Capstone Project
  • Voucher to take a certification exam
  • Program Graduation Ceremony

  • Create a pipeline of potential employees in the technology field
  • Close the equity gap by providing students the opportunity to earn a livable wage during and after High School

Mission

The STEM-ulation Foundation's mission is to expose and inspire minority and low-income youth to the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics in non-traditional and alternative teaching methods.

In addition, the STEM-ulation Foundation also has a mission to up-skill underrepresented adults in the Technology field through training and certification opportunities.

Via our youth and adult programs, the STEM-ulation Foundation is able to improve the numbers of underrepresented minorities in the S.T.E.A.M. fields of study and careers.
