Every child deserves to be loved and cared for and our hope is that our blankets will help children feel safe and secure in whatever crisis they are going through in their life.
Our Needs
We receive requests for hundreds of blankets each month for children who are in need of warmth and comfort. In order to support the children in our community, we need funds to purchase blanket making supplies such as fleece, fabric, yarn and quilt batting.
Mission
We are a group of volunteers in Dallas and Denton Counties.
Our mission is to provide love, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized or in extreme need. We accomplish this through the gift of a handmade blanket.
It is also our mission to provide a rewarding, educational and fun service opportunity for interested individuals or groups in our community to benefit local children.
