We help remove barriers that often stand in the way of progress, providing support for essentials like food, housing, and financial stability while creating pathways to long-term economic mobility.

Since 1971 Metrocrest Services has worked to empower individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and foster independence.
With more than 28,000 people served each year, support from the North Texas community is essential to our mission. Right now, our greatest need is financial support for our rent and utility assistance programs, food for our homeless outreach services, and hygiene items for our food pantry. Your support this North Texas Giving Day will help us meet the needs of the community.

But within the last year, we have created a DEI Committee of staff to further this cause. Initiatives have included training for board, staff and volunteers, decreasing barriers for clients who can't access services and increasing advocacy on housing, food insecurity, and the dangers of payday loans.
