Sweet Deeds Foundation increases hope, healing, and wholeness in the world by providing quality mental health resources to those who do not have the financial or people support network.

WHO WE ARE

Our vision is to see communities restored through quality mental health - one person, one family, one deed at a time. Launched in 2023, Sweet Deeds Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit based in the Dallas area. We provide low cost and free mental health services for vulnerable and underserved populations.

Through an innovative collaboration of supporters, nonprofits, churches, and like-minded therapists, we come alongside the vulnerable and overlooked to offer healing and support to those who would otherwise be priced out of receiving quality mental health care.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

People are in emotional and relational crisis, but many who need help for their mental health simply can’t access it.  Barriers like high cost, inadequate insurance, shortage of workers, and ongoing stigma keep people from accessing quality care. Our mission is to break down these barriers.

WHOM WE SERVE

We work with low income and undeserved populations in Dallas, including survivors of domestic violence, women who have experienced incarceration, first generation college students, and those facing economic hardship.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our programs include access to a network of quality therapists representing diverse backgrounds and specialities, need-based financial assistance for individual therapy, impactful therapy groups, and customizable workshops and training.

WHY GIVE?

We know you want to invest your resources wisely. Giving to Sweet Deeds is about helping people get back off the ground and stand on their two feet. It’s not about doing the work for people, but empowering those who are courageously facing their past and present to create a better future - not just for themselves but for their families and communities. Give knowing that your gift can truly change someone’s life!

Mission

We impact society for good by providing accessible mental health services and drawing together community partners to promote the holistic support of the vulnerable and overlooked.
