Fusion is a nonprofit pre-professional dance organization dedicated to developing young artists through exceptional dance training, meaningful performance opportunities, community engagement, and philanthropy.
Serving dancers ages 8–18, Fusion cultivates technical excellence, artistry, leadership, and confidence through participation in 6–8 performances each year. Signature productions include The Nutcracker and iReach, an annual benefit concert that raises awareness and support for social issues affecting girls around the world. Through these experiences, dancers grow not only as performers but also as compassionate leaders committed to making a positive impact in their communities.
Fusion offers three dynamic performance ensembles (Ballet, Hip Hop, and Jazz/Contemporary) allowing dancers to participate in one, two, or all three disciplines for a well-rounded and enriching artistic experience.
As part of its commitment to community outreach, Fusion presents several free performances annually, making high-quality dance accessible to diverse audiences. The organization's dedication to excellence is reflected in the achievements of its dancers and alumni, many of whom have earned acceptance and scholarships to prestigious dance programs, conservatories, universities, and summer intensives.
To help dancers reach their highest dancing and personal potential while working as a team and improving the lives of others.
To continue providing high-quality performances and serving our community, Fusion seeks support in the following areas:
Performance Props and Equipment: Funding to purchase, maintain, and replace props and other materials that enhance our productions.
Transportation: Financial support for U-Haul rentals and other transportation costs to safely move props, equipment, and supplies to performance and event locations.
Performance Venues: Assistance with venue rental fees to ensure access to safe, accessible, and appropriate spaces for rehearsals and performances.
Permits and Event Fees: Funding to cover permits, licensing, and other required fees associated with hosting public performances and community events.
At Fusion, we believe that equity is essential to innovation, collaboration, and long-term success. We are committed to creating an environment where every individual has fair access to opportunities, resources, and support needed to thrive.
We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we strive to identify and remove barriers that may limit participation or advancement. Our decisions, policies, and practices are guided by fairness, respect, accountability, and inclusion.
