The Frisco Garden Club inspires community through education, environmental stewardship, conservation, and civic engagement. Since 1932, we have beautified public spaces and City parks, promoted sustainable gardening practices, and advanced conservation through our Bluebird Nest Box Project, which helps protect and expand the local Eastern Bluebird population. We award scholarships and teacher grants, provide educational programs for youth and adults, support veterans through community service and commemorative projects, and partner with local organizations to create a healthier, more vibrant Frisco. Our volunteers are dedicated to cultivating gardens, growing future leaders, protecting natural habitats, honoring those who have served our country, and strengthening our community through service.
The purpose of The Frisco Garden Club is to promote an interest in gardens, their design and management, to cooperate in the protection of wild birds, wildflowers and native plants, and to encourage civic plantings.
Continue supporting Frisco ISD students and teachers through scholarships and teacher grants. We also provide monthly after-school educational programs for students at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County, where they learn about growing their own food, environmental conservation, recycling, composting, and the importance of healthy soil. These hands-on activities help foster environmental stewardship, sustainability awareness, and practical life skills that students can apply in their homes and communities.
The Frisco Garden Club is committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment where everyone is treated with dignity and valued for their unique perspectives and experiences. We strive to provide equitable opportunities for participation, leadership, education, and service while promoting a shared love of gardening, conservation, and community beautification. Together, we cultivate a culture of kindness, collaboration, and belonging for all.
