$20,000 Goal

Mollie's Cat Place is a lifetime, cageless, indoor-outdoor sanctuary for senior cats and cats with health issues . We rescue cats who might otherwise be euthanized and give them a permanent home and the love and veterinary care that they need.

We are committed to providing the highest possible quality of life for our cats. Veterinary care is a priority, and all of our cats receive monthly flea, ear-mite and worm protection and annual veterinary exams. Cats with special needs are given additional treatment.

We believe cats are happiest when they can interact with the natural world. We have several fenced acres so that our cats can choose to go outside during the daytime and explore their surroundings in a safe environment.

Mission

Mollie's Cat Place provides a lifetime home for senior cats and cats with health conditions that make them unlikely candidates for adoption.

Needs

Many of the cats we rescue from shelters have immediate medical needs, and many of our cats have conditions that require ongoing veterinary treatment

As would be expected for a sanctuary that takes in older cats and cats with health issues, our biggest expense is veterinary bills, and often important surgeries need to be postponed due to lack of funding. Other ongoing expenses are for food, litter, upkeep of our cat cabins and maintenance of over 2000 feet of cat fence. We also accept donated items, such as food, litter, food bowls, toys, cat trees and other cat furniture.
