Measured By Character

There is a crisis and an epidemic that is sweeping the nation among our youth.
They are being faced with issues such as social bullying, feelings of worthlessness, broken homes, self-harm, lack of character, values, and morals, no sense of identity, suicide, and looking for validation and direction in all the wrong places and things.

One school shooting, one child taking their own life is one too many.

Measured by Character is a non- profit organization that is dedicated to empowering our youth by encouraging them to recognize that their lives have purpose and meaning.
To share the knowledge that no matter their age, their lives are affecting the environment around them in either a positive or negative way!

We share the knowledge that none of us are promised tomorrow, and we are creating our personal legacies with each passing day.

We urge students to reflect on what type of legacy they are creating: A positive one or a negative one?

What type of person will they choose to be?

How will their legacy impact others, not only today, but for eternity?

The mission of Measured by Character over the past 7 years has been to improve our local communities by partnering with schools & communities in giving students the tools take charge of their lives and the knowledge that every human being has purpose and meaning.
Showing them their own character is the foundation by which change begins.

Our Needs

Sponsors/monetary donations to help with financial costs of bringing this program into public schools, youth events, conferences & public events. We are hoping to build an app that will connect students and parents to immediate help and resource assistance all over the nation.
