Our mission is to provide below market rental spaces for churches and non-profits while providing all the tenant services they need so they can put their money towards what really matters.

There are over 39,000 non-profits in north Texas. Most of them are small organizations trying to stretch every dollar for their cause but the average office space rent is over $24 a sq. ft. We charge half of that!

The Gaston Christian Center provides below-market office space and services to non-profits and churches so that they can use their funds towards programs and services. Most small organizations are trying to stretch every dollar for their cause, but the average office space rent in Dallas is over $24 a sq. ft. The Gaston Christian Center charges less than half of that! We save churches and nonprofits about 90% in overhead costs i.e., rent, utilities, janitorial fees, building maintenance and repair. 

The GCC took in $300,000 in rent for 46,526 sq. ft. of rented space last year, if the nonprofits and churches located in our building paid the average rate of $24, that would have been over $1,000,000. However, because of our mission to provide below market rental space, the churches and nonprofits collectively saved $750,000 by renting at the Gaston Christian Center. That means that $750,000 dollars went back into our community through the services and programs provided by the 19 ministries located inside our building. 

Every dollar donated to the Gaston Christian Center helps to provide affordable space and services for 8 churches and 11 nonprofits. When you partner with the GCC through your giving, you also partner with 19 ministries providing services in healthcare, immigration, education, food security, and empowerment to the most vulnerable in our city.
