Frontline Crisis Response Solutions (FCRS) is an integrated group of professionals from our community who serve Collin Dallas and Denton Counties to provide crisis-intervention, emotional trauma care and spiritual counsel to bring hope and healing in times of deepest need.
Our Team is made up of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Crisis Chaplains and Peer Supporters with backgrounds as Law Enforcement Officers, Fire and Rescue, EMT's, Military Service Members, Medical Professionals, Business Leaders, and Educators who are all trained in Critical Incident Stress Management sponsored by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).
We offer services in the following areas:
1. Crisis Intervention
2. Survivors of Suicide: comprehensive services and support to Survivors of Suicide Loss, adults and teens, counseling support to individual and family
3. First Responder and Law Enforcement Confidential Counseling Support, Disaster and Trauma response, emotional aftercare support through debriefings one-on-one's, support programs for law enforcement and First Responders, diffusings, quarterly trainings
