Historically, Community Council of Greater Dallas has received nearly all income from government sources through grants and contracts. However, a critical need to fill the gap between the highly restrictive government funding and the funding needed to fully address the community's most pressing needs remains.
Your investment fills the need for funds to ensure consistency, capacity, and expansion to serve our vulnerable, disadvantaged, and underserved neighbors in North Texas.
The Community Council is committed to the concept of equal opportunity in employment. Consistent with this commitment, every good faith effort has been made to comply with all applicable federal regulations. We also believe that a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all employees feel valued in respected.
Community Council has adopted and is committed to pursuing policies of Equal Employment Opportunity and to take affirmative action to provide this opportunity. This affirmative action and inclusion policy applies not only to employment practices but also to clients and selection of member agencies of Community Council, its Board of Directors and volunteers. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and want to ensure that all voices are valued and heard. Community Council is committed to a pattern of diversity and inclusion in the communities we serve.
