The Ladder Alliance continues to break down barriers, design new programs to meet the needs of the community, and creates a safe environment to educate, encourage and empower women! Our mission is to provide survivors of domestic violence and low-income women with the tools to lead self-sufficient, successful and independent lives. Graduates that come through our programs are able to accumulate vouchers every day to shop in the Success Store on campus as well as 2 hair salon vouchers to be used at anytime on their journies!
